On the Distribution Page there are four graphs. A graph is available that shows the distribution of the life cost. There are two curves in the graph. The black one shows the frequencies of individual life cost values. The life cost, in Cost/m2, is indicated on the horizontal axis. The frequencies of incidence as obtained during simulation, in %, are shown on the right-hand vertical axis. The other curve - the blue one - is a 'greater-than' curve. Its ordinates, measured on the left-hand vertical axis, indicate the probability of a life cost exceeding the value selected on the horizontal axis. The blue curve can be used to determine the confidence intervals of the life cost. To facilitate this, two horizontal red lines are drawn in the graph, one at 95 %, the other at 5 % probability level. The distance, as measured on the horizontal axis, between the intersections of the 'greater-than' curve with these two broken lines, represents the 90 % confidence interval of life cost.
