In the traffic-loading context, pavement capacity is the maximum traffic load that a pavement can handle. The program calculates the average pavement capacity under the given input conditions, and expresses the result both in terms of the Number of HV axle loads, and the Total E80. These figures appear on the Facts Page, as output variables no. 5 and 6, respectively.
