When accessing cncPAVE, the sign-in page will appear. This page will give you access to the system, should it be that access have been granted to you. Please have a look at a summary of the sign-in page below:

 

 

The system will recognize you as a user by looking at your registered email address. At point 1, please specify the email address that was used to create your user account. Your email address is not case-sensitive. When an account is created, you should have received a default password by email. At point 2, please enter this password. Please note that it is possible to change this password afterward when you have entered the cncPAVE system. To sign into the cncPAVE system, please click the button at 3. Depending on the situation, the system might refuse to give you access to cncPAVE.

 

Different reasons could be:

 

• Your subscription expired

• Your Company has been deactivated

• You haven't specified the correct email address or password

 

By clicking point 3 and if having access, the system will redirect you to the main interface of cncPAVE.

 

Should you have forgotten your password, you could recover it by clicking the Recover Password link at point 4. This is explained later.

 

By signing into cncPAVE, you agree to all the Terms and Conditions that will be found by clicking the link at point 5.
